About the Role
VMCH is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to join their team in delivering high-quality person-centred services to support individuals with disabilities achieve their goals and independence.
Your Expertise
- Proven experience in providing specialist assessment and intervention for clients with multiple and complex support needs
- Strong collaborative skills in goal setting with clients and their support networks to maximise independence
- Ability to provide therapy supports in various environments, prioritising client choice and preference
- Led teams of Allied Health and support staff, ensuring effective care coordination and communication
- Assessed and implemented assistive technology and home modifications to enhance client autonomy
- Built and maintained strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients, families, and healthcare professionals
About You
You will be an experienced Occupational Therapist with a genuine interest in promoting the health and wellbeing of adults with disabilities. Your exceptional communication skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, inclusive of salary packaging benefits that can increase your take-home pay. Our package includes:
