Job Overview

  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Collaboration: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, facilitating effective collaboration and communication among team members.

Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective execution of trial-related tasks, identifying and implementing process improvements as needed.

Quality Assurance: Maintain accurate and complete records, adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Research Director or designee.
