Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and manage live transport network KPIs to ensure on-time and reliable service. • Provide real-time support to drivers during incidents and emergencies. • Collaborate with depots to adjust operations in response to disruptions. • Record and escalate incidents and maintain accurate system documentation. • Communicate with stakeholders, including emergency services and authorities, when required.
