**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Supportive Education Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Inclusion and Diversity team, you will work closely with teachers to provide direct or indirect support to students, enhancing their access to learning.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the implementation and evaluation of student learning plans
  • Assist in inclusive classroom practices and differentiated instruction
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and Inclusion and Diversity staff
  • Attend excursions and activities to promote student inclusion

**Requirements:**

  • Skilled in communicating and collaborating with a range of stakeholders
  • Insightful about the challenges some students face in their education
  • Able to take initiative and problem-solve in dynamic learning settings
