Job Title: Education Support Class

This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Education Support Class. As an Education Support Class, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school office.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of student data and school enrolments
  • Assist teachers in the preparation of internal and external communication
  • Coordinate the delivery of administrative services within the school
  • Determine and manage work priorities within the school office
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure effective administration procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An education support class position at this range will perform tasks that are carried out in accordance with guidelines, accepted practice, and school policy under supervision and direction.
  • Supports the educational services being provided to students but must not include duties of a teacher.
  • Supervision of students can be required individually or in groups up to 4 in controlled circumstances.
  • Certification and/or qualifications of up to three years can be required at this level.
