We are seeking an experienced Connectivity and Operations Manager to lead our account management of key technology partners from a commercial perspective. This role will be responsible for the dynamic hotel feed connections across our business, developing continuous improvement initiatives, and working closely with internal stakeholders to maximise productivity.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in OTA distribution, a tertiary qualification in business administration or equivalent discipline, and strong team leadership experience. They will also have experience working within a cross-function squad, strong problem-solving ability, and high attention to detail.
