Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team in Salta, Argentina. This is a full-time position that reports to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the project Contract Managers team, including development and control of the entire contracting process.
  • Manage all procurement activities for nominated contract packages in project execution, including contractor prequalification, issuing the Procurement Plan, issuing RFQs, technical/commercial bid evaluation, and recommendations.
  • Administer the contract once awarded, covering all contract administration stages, monitoring construction schedule, certification and payments, analyzing requested scope changes, resolving claims, tracking contractor performance through project completion, and closing contracts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with relevant equivalent experience.
  • More than 15 years of relevant experience including supervision, project management and/or technical experience in contract management.
  • Advanced English language skills, with bilingual capabilities (spoken and written) mandatory.
