
Mental Health Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administration professional to join our team as an Admin / Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the daily operations of our region.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality customer service to clients, visitors, and stakeholders via phone, email, and SMS.
- Resolve client enquiries, provide information, and refer to relevant service delivery teams.
- Manage appointment bookings, data entry, and record keeping through our Client Management System.
- Support the coordination of regional events, including group treatment and educative programs, internal meetings, and community-based events.
- Deliver correspondence related to client allocations, referrals, appointments, and service satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to external referral platforms, including contracted health providers and external stakeholders.
- Assist with daily operations, including management of regional correspondence and deliveries, arranging travel, processing invoices, and responding to property and maintenance issues.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Administration, Customer Service, or Receptionist role.
- Strong background in supporting service delivery within a mental health, health, community service, or government environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current Working with Vulnerable People registration and/or ability to obtain.
- Current Working with Children check and/or ability to obtain.
- ASAP start pending Federal Police Check.
- 12-month casual temporary assignment.
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
- $39 - $45 per hour + super.
- Multiple locations available: Mt Gravatt, QLD; Lismore, NSW; Hobart, TAS; Elizabeth, SA; Melbourne, VIC.
