We are seeking a Hydrogeologist to join our team. In this role, you will work on water resource projects and the Contaminated Land and Groundwater Sector.

The primary responsibilities of the position include:

  • Management, analysis, and presentation of environmental investigation and monitoring data.
  • Desktop data gathering and compilation, including reviews of technical guidance, regulations, and case studies.
  • Assistance with reporting and preparation of written deliverables, including monitoring reports, pump test reports, environmental site assessments, work plans, health and safety plans, and proposals.

You will be responsible for providing technical expertise in various fields, including groundwater flow and well hydraulics, contaminated land assessments, conceptual site model development, mining and CSG water management, coordination, and implementation of environmental field programs.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in hydrogeology, geology, environmental science, or environmental engineering.
  • Up to three years of experience in a relevant environmental role, including training and experience in groundwater and soil sampling, and ideally pumping test analysis.
  • A developing understanding of environmental and resource regulations.
  • Advanced user skills in Microsoft Excel, preferably with experience in Power BI and other database management tools.
