We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our Sydney team at Renascent Pty Ltd. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving our projects forward with precision and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team to achieve great things.
  • Commercial Acumen: Navigate the commercial aspects of any facility with ease and manage the financial success of each project.
  • Blueprint Expertise: Read and understand all drawings and documentation like a pro, turning plans into reality.
  • Opportunity Identification and Risk Mitigation: Spot key opportunities and risks in every project and create winning strategies to optimise and tackle them head-on.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Keep things clear, efficient, and collaborative with strong communication and people skills.
  • Safety and Quality: Proactively drive better safety standards across all our sites, ensuring everyone goes home safe and sound.
  • Relationship Building: Establish solid connections with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and colleagues, creating a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Analytical Skills: Break down complex problems and find the best solutions with strong analytical skills.
  • Site Management: Apply deep knowledge of site management techniques, including value management, quality assurance, safety, and communication.
  • Customer Service: Identify customer needs and deliver outstanding service, every time.
Requirements
  • A trade or tertiary education background within the Building & Construction Industry.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in managing sites in the capacity of Foreman or similar (preferably fitout, refurbishment, or shop fitting).
  • Construction Industry Induction cardholder.
  • First Aid Level 2 required – Occupational First Aid Level 3 desirable & OH & S Certificate III desirable.
  • Emergency response training desirable.
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel required. Procore, Aconex, Project Centre and SignOnSite desirable.
