CBRE GWS is seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our Local Principal Projects team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for supporting client-facing activities and managing the performance of a team of technicians/subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site set outs and program sequencing
  • Contractor/supplier procurement and liaison
  • Contract and HSEQ administration
  • Material take-offs and quality control
  • Detailing and material ordering
  • Daily diary log and notes
  • Defect inspections and reports
  • Invoice checking and coding
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a service or carpentry trade role
  • WPCG or working on a fuel site experience is an advantage
  • Ability to understand and interpret construction drawings
  • Excellent organisational, planning and programming skills
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, Power Point
  • White Card and relevant trade qualifications
