Job Title: Healthcare Facility Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Facility Manager to lead our medical practice in delivering high-quality patient care and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking full ownership of the facility management role, including administration, human resources, and clinical quality improvement
  • Managing clinical software systems, including Best Practice, Cliniko, Cubiko, AutoMed & Gentu
  • Liaising with allied health specialists and supporting their work
  • Solving problems proactively and implementing effective solutions
  • Developing and maintaining internal systems, processes, and work practices
  • Reviewing and updating policies and procedures to ensure accreditation standards are met
  • Recruiting and managing administrative and nursing support staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in General Practice Management
  • Knowledge of Medicare and RACGP's accreditation standards
  • Experience with the mentioned software products
  • Excellent computer literacy and IT skills
  • A high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Dynamism and positivity in business activities and marketing opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A good understanding of Medicare item numbers
