As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business expansion and developing strategic partnerships in the healthcare sector.

This involves working closely with local and global partners to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, while also maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying and pursuing new business growth opportunities through proactive relationship management and business development activity.

  2. Developing and executing strategies to increase sales revenue for established partners.

  3. Training and coaching partner sales teams to enhance their skills and capabilities.

  4. Providing support and guidance to partners on deal status and other queries.

  5. Working collaboratively with customers to meet their broader healthcare finance requirements.

Key Day-to-Day Activities

- Regular call cycles with partners to discuss business growth opportunities and address any concerns.

- Identifying and resolving problems before they impact on partners and their customers.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in vendor or channel-focused finance sales/account management.

  2. Strong understanding of equipment financing in the healthcare market.

  3. Deadline-driven with excellent time management skills.

  4. Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

  5. Positive attitude with high attention to detail and strong compliance focus.

  6. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
