Store Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Store Manager to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for shaping the success of our retail store through excellent leadership, career opportunities, and personal development programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales ability, vibrant personality, and leadership skills. They will also be able to implement and maintain merchandising and store presentation standards, manage stock and inventory effectively, and drive in-store efficiencies to deliver budgeted targets.

A safe environment for customers and team members is essential, so the successful candidate will ensure that our store meets all necessary health and safety requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume retail store
  • Implement and maintain merchandising and store presentation standards
  • Manage stock and inventory effectively
  • Couch and develop the team daily
  • Drive in-store efficiencies to deliver targets
  • Maintain a safe environment for customers and team members
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience (preferably)
  • 2+ years of retail management experience (preferably)
  • Australian work authorisation preferred
