Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide expert advice on corporate, commercial, and financial services law to support our business objectives.

  • Review marketing materials to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to our businesses, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
  • Assist in the provision of insurance product advice and documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative reforms and advise on their impact on our business.
  • Support litigation matters and provide guidance on complaints and disputes.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of commercial law and its application in private practice.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a legal practitioner, preferably in a mid-tier or top-tier firm.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
  • Prior experience working in an insurance and/or Australian financial services environment is beneficial.
