About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Canberra store to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Recruiting, managing, and mentoring the store team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Providing our customers with an unrivaled world-class customer experience every day by ensuring they receive accurate product information, personalized recommendations, and excellent after-sales support.
  • Representing Under Armour and upholding our customer service philosophy with integrity, empathy, and enthusiasm.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of our products, including fit, fabric, and function details, to advise customers on the best choices for their needs.
  • Working with our Visual Merchandising team to create an engaging and inviting store environment that showcases our brand and products.
  • Exceeding sales targets and maximizing opportunities by identifying and responding to customer needs, driving sales initiatives, and analyzing sales data.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Store Manager, you'll need:

  • Exceptional customer service skills to provide world-class experiences and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Previous retail leadership experience to demonstrate your ability to manage teams, drive sales, and implement visual merchandising strategies.
  • Team focus to work collaboratively with colleagues, vendors, and partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills to lead teams, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on business needs.

Estimated Salary Range: AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
