Cocktail Bartender

A well-established hospitality business in Sydney seeks a skilled Cocktail Bartender to join its team. This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase expertise in mixology and deliver exceptional customer service.

As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails and providing warm, attentive service to guests. With a passion for Japanese cuisine and a strong understanding of beverage offerings, you will be able to confidently recommend dishes and wine pairings to enhance the dining experience.

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques. They possess excellent leadership skills and are able to effectively train and mentor staff members. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service while maintaining professionalism and a friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Confidently recommend dishes and wine pairings with a strong understanding of Japanese cuisine and beverage offerings.
  • Build genuine relationships with guests, manage reservations efficiently, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment.
  • Address guest concerns thoughtfully and ensure every visitor enjoys a memorable and comfortable experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support smooth service and efficient day-to-day operations.

  • Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
  • Experience in inventory management and cost control.
