Delivering exceptional store results requires a combination of leadership, operational expertise and customer focus. We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team in Ellenbrook.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead a dynamic team and drive business growth. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth through effective merchandise presentation, stock management and visual merchandising.
You will also develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement, improve customer retention and enhance the overall shopping experience. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors and colleagues across the business.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a senior retail operations role, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
In addition to your leadership skills, you will also possess a strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, store layout, visual merchandising and loss prevention. You will be able to analyze data and use this information to make informed decisions that drive business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales associates, managers and other support staff to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement, improve customer retention and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, store layout, visual merchandising and loss prevention.
- Analyze data and use this information to make informed decisions that drive business growth.

- Previous experience in a senior retail operations role.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
