Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support professional to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service while supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan.
  • Assist clients with daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and community outings.
  • Develop connections with the community and achieve client goals.
Requirements:
  • A current full Australian driver's license and own car.
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW) (or willing to get).
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Skilled in Manual Handling, managing challenging behaviours, and delivering other high-care support.
  • Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
  • Available across all weekdays, including weekends and Public Holidays.
