Eye Care Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Optical Dispenser to fill this role in Sydney. This position offers an ideal chance for someone passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • To effectively communicate with patients and visitors, provide excellent care and promptly address their needs.
  • To offer expert advice to help patients choose frames that not only meet their needs/desires but also look great.
  • Ensure a positive overall patient experience and provide efficient telephone reception services.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and fashion trends (e.g., frames, sunglasses, contact lenses, and accessories).
  • Have experience with or be willing to learn standard optical procedures.

About You

  • You must have relevant optical industry experience.
  • You must possess a strong willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a positive team.
  • You must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • You must have strong time management skills.
  • You must be computer literate.
  • You must be available to work on Saturdays and have the flexibility to work extra hours if required.
