Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to manage and oversee the collection of outstanding accounts receivable from customers on our core business platform. The successful candidate will work closely with team members and customers to ensure timely payment of early and late-stage delinquencies, focusing on debt buyer and BNPL products.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Utilize analog and digital outbound tools to engage customers via telecommunications, helping them resolve past due accounts and achieve financial fitness.
  • Analyze customer concerns, understanding the reasons behind their engagement with us.
  • Acknowledge customers' situations, clarify any issues, propose solutions, explain the best solution, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Meet and exceed performance indicators equivalent to annual fees, displaying consistent engagement in our InDebted Core Values, Mission, and Vision.
  • Perform other duties assigned to the role.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable product(s).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and collecting delinquent accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting clearly and concisely with customers, providing world-class customer service.
  • Excellent negotiation skills focused on maximizing recoveries in both early and late delinquency stages.
  • Able to demonstrate empathy when needed while maintaining a results-oriented approach.
  • Highly dependable and flexible, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
