Anaesthetics Leadership Opportunity

This challenging and rewarding Surgical leadership role oversees the Rapid Access Hub as part of the Theatre/Perioperative Team. As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and supervising nursing staff in clinical practice.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive clinical experience in anaesthetics/PACU, previous management/ANUM experience, and experience in leading a multidisciplinary team. Post Graduate Qualifications or near completion are highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acts as a clinical role model by providing high-quality direct patient care.
  • Supervises, directs, and supports nursing staff in clinical practice.
  • Has experience and is able to take on a floor coordination role when required.
Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA Registration.
  • Ability to work in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous management/ANUM experience.
  • Experience in leading a multidisciplinary team.
  • Post Graduate Qualifications or near completion.
