Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Respect Aged Care. As a Culinary Professional, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving nourishing meals to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals in accordance with the Food Safety Program.
  • Ensure all meals are well accepted by residents.
  • Provide special dietary requirements for individual residents.
  • Document and communicate the Food Safety Program.
  • Support catering staff to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Food Handling Course.
  • Certificate relevant to the role.
  • Current National Police Certificate.
