About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Culinary Arts Professional to join our team at Respect Aged Care. As a key member of our catering department, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals in accordance with our Food Safety Program.
  • Ensure that all meals are well accepted by residents and meet their dietary needs.
  • Manage inventory and report stock requirements to the Chef Supervisor.
  • Document and implement the Food Safety Program in partnership with the Chef Supervisor.
  • Support catering staff to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Certificate relevant to the role (e.g. Certificate III Hospitality – Commercial Cookery).
  • Food Handling Course.
  • Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
