**Job Title:** Customer Operations Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer operations technicians within an IBX data center. As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer operations or related field
