Labour Force is seeking reliable and hardworking pick packers to join a successful and growing team based in Eastern Creek.

Job Summary

We are looking for individuals with previous experience working in a similar position, preferably with RF scanning experience. The successful applicants will be responsible for pick and packing products, staging completed orders, and general hand work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack products with high accuracy
  • Stage completed orders for efficient shipping
  • Perform general hand work and housekeeping duties
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a similar position
  • Experience with RF scanners (highly desirable)
  • Experience with stacking pallets and pick pack work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Physical fitness for manual handling and repetitive lifting
  • Own reliable transport
