About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our data delivery team, driving the development of high-quality data solutions that maximize business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster collaboration between technology and operations teams to enhance data usage and deliver efficient results.
  • Develop and implement a data capability roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Promote the adoption of new data tools and technologies to improve efficiency and foster innovation within the team.
  • Cultivate SQL and DBT expertise within the team through mentorship and setting standards.
  • E nsure the delivery of high-quality, governed, and scalable data solutions.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder engagement throughout the process.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years' experience in data engineering, data modeling, and data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in DBT and GCP technologies (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, etc.).
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and other scripting languages.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with diligence.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
