In this entry-level site management role, your hard work, desire to learn, and passion for fit out and refurbishment will be rewarded by training, support, and the opportunity to develop a fulfilling career.
You will join a highly skilled team of construction professionals supporting a Senior Site Manager to ensure the smooth and safe running of the site.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Inducting tradespeople and sub-contractors.
- Maintaining site records.
- Completing WH&S reviews, site walks, and any ad-hoc tasks required for the success of the project.
You will also spend time between various sites ensuring all have the materials and equipment to deliver projects meeting our quality, time, and budget goals.
This role requires:
- 1-2 years of experience in construction on-site.
- A Carpentry trade background.
- Completed or in progress Diploma in Building and Construction or equivalent.
- Proven track record in taking initiative and assuming leadership for phases of projects, directing tradespeople around you to deliver.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- An eye for detail and a passion for ensuring quality.
- Experience in fit-out and/or refurbishment projects is desirable.
