Workplace Experience Coordinator

About the Role:

The Workplace Experience Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless workplace experience for employees and visitors. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide welcoming and professional reception services to guests, team members, and visitors.
  • Manage visitor access and ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Handle switchboard operations and respond to general email requests.
  • Cordinate meeting room bookings, events, and office activities.
  • Maintain the office environment, including cleanliness and organization of utility bays and stationery cupboards.
  • Support agile office operations by coordinating dynamic office layouts and workstation allocation.
  • Process invoices and expenses promptly.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in managing office resources and supplies.
  • Experience in coordinating events or meetings, including logistics and details.
  • Familiarity with basic troubleshooting for office equipment.
  • Knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
