Data Insights Specialist

The primary goal of this role is to drive business growth by providing actionable insights through data analysis and visualisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the business's reporting and analytics requirements, communicating those needs as realised business outcomes, and delivering solutions that meet those expectations.
- Data analysis and visualisation using various tools and techniques
- Creation of data models and dashboards to support business decision-making
- Development of reports and intelligence to track key performance indicators
- Collaboration with stakeholders to identify and address business needs
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical and soft skills, including:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server 2012 (or later) RDBMS & SSRS, DAX studio, and Tabular Editor 3
- Experience in analytical reporting, Azure Machine Learning, Predictive analytics, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Snowflake
- Strong analytical and commercially minded approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
