Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Customer Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the customer analytics group, you will be responsible for driving business growth by leveraging data insights and analysis.

  • Prepare and refine customer marketing lists, applying filters to exclude ineligible members
  • Support post-campaign reporting and assist with basic data analysis
  • Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in creating routine and ad-hoc reports and dashboards
  • Maintain clear documentation and support data-related administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations, internal policies, and data usage standards
About You

Your background in Business or Marketing will be broad, customer-centric, and fast-paced, coupled with excellent numeracy skills, high attention to detail, and overall knowledge of marketing communications processes.

Previous experience within the entertainment/casino industry and/or experience working with loyalty programs will be highly desirable, coupled with the below strengths:

  • Tertiary qualification in statistics, mathematics, data science, business, or a related field
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic charts)
  • Comfort working with large volumes of data
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus
  • 1-2 years in a similar role preferred; recent graduates welcome
