Investor Services Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to investors.

This position sits at the heart of our investment services operations, spanning three core areas: Investor customer service, investor administration and data management, and reconciliation.

We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, experience in Excel, and managing large amounts of financial data and transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard new investors and provide top-notch customer service throughout the process.
  • Register new investor entities, including compliance checks.
  • Complete investor application forms.
  • Create and review monthly interest distribution payments.
  • Maintain accurate investor files, monthly accounts, and registers.
  • Ensure timely receipt of funds before loan settlement.
  • Track and follow up on commitments by investors.
  • Process account updates to investor data.
  • Provide timely, accurate reports on investments when requested.
Requirements
  • Experience in finance is beneficial but not essential.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Excellent client service skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Able to manage and safeguard sensitive investor information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
