The RoleThis position focuses on optimizing our charging and energy solutions for maximum business value. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Engineering and Energy Solutions team to develop innovative solutions that minimize connection barriers and reduce electricity costs.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and refine energy solutions for our EV network, encompassing charging infrastructure, energy storage and renewable energy sources.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for energy projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Maximize the performance of our energy and charging solutions by identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Provide technical support for the ongoing management and growth of our network, including ownership of testing and validation of charger software.
- Analyze options for new connections and apply site-specific solutions to address connection challenges effectively.
- Aid in the development of automated systems to support the operational network and streamline processes efficiently.
- Support the management of existing power connections and energy supply arrangements.
- Degree or higher-level qualification in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering is preferred.
- At least 1+ years of experience in engineering or a similar field is required.
- Strong interest in technical problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Excellent problem-solving, business intuition and communication skills are essential.
- PASSION FOR SUSTAINABILITY AND AUTOMATION IS KEY.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, start-up environment.
