About the RoleYou'll be the go-to expert for all things recruitment. Partner closely with leaders to understand workforce needs, design effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience. Play a key role in strengthening our employer brand and embedding inclusive hiring practices.
- Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet current and future workforce needs.
- Partner with leaders to provide market insights and talent solutions.
- Enhance our employer brand and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Use data and technology to drive improvements in recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor a supporting resource.
