The Job:
As an Insurance Loss Adjustor at Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs, you will be responsible for undertaking quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition. Your primary purpose will be to complete accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles, applying your knowledge of motor vehicles and your skills with computers while interacting with a range of people. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, accurately quoting vehicles, completing quotes onsite, off-site, and online, as well as managing parts for repairs and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers
• Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures
• Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online
• Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
• Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness
• Managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner
• Assisting with production management of the centre where required
• Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
• Handing over completed repairs to customers
