As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals for our residents, ensuring their dietary needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
You will work closely with our Executive Chef to deliver exceptional food services, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present meals in accordance with menus designed by the Executive Chef and resident needs.
- Comply with the Cranbrook Care Food Safety Program at all times.
- Deliver food services that meet accreditation requirements and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the kitchen team through effective communication and teamwork.
- Live the Cranbrook Care culture and work according to our values.
We are looking for a Cook who:
- Has experience in preparing traditional style cuisine and is able to follow standard recipes.
- Is responsive to the changes to the dietary requirements of residents.
- Is able to work independently and under instruction as part of a team.
- Has a kind and compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
Cranbrook Care offers a competitive salary, up to $30.78 per hour, plus allowances and applicable loading.
