Maternity Services Delivery Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to provide high-quality midwifery care to women and newborns within a maternity services context.
This entails coordinating and delivering patient-centered care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Standards of Practice for Midwives: Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia;
- Policies and Procedures: Ministry of Health (MoH) and Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).
Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
2. Quality AssuranceEnsure adherence to established guidelines, protocols, and procedures to maintain exceptional levels of patient care.
3. Communication and CollaborationEffectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
