We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research and Evaluation Officer to join our team at Redkite. As a key member of our research and evaluation team, you will play a critical role in supporting our efforts to measure outcomes and impact, improve the quality of our services, and drive evidence to practice.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in designing, developing, and leading research and/or evaluation projects, as well as a strong working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methodologies. You will be able to develop and oversee research to identify practice and service development needs, and have experience in managing research or evaluation projects involving external partners and/or consultants.
You will also have the ability to commission and oversee critical, systematic, and rapid reviews of relevant information, including academic research, grey literature, practice, and policy documents, and the synthesis of those reviews. Additionally, you will be able to develop strategic, productive, and constructive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for a highly competent and experienced professional who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of families affected by childhood cancer.
