Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Business Specialist to lead our data and analytics initiatives, driving business growth and enhancing operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience working in Agile environments, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators, business rules, and data solutions that maximize customer value and support finance analytics and reporting needs.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Conducting discovery efforts to understand business requirements and translating them into actionable analytics and data requirements.
  • Collaborating with finance business units and data product leads to develop supporting data products and semantic layers.
  • Facilitating Agile work practices to drive delivery of cross-functional teams.
  • Serving as a trusted data advisor to stakeholders, supporting strategic and operational use of finance data.

Key qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments and leading cross-functional data delivery teams.
  • Experience creating detailed BRD, HLD, and LLD artefacts to support project execution.
  • Understanding of data testing, reference data management, and data quality practices.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with ERP, EPM, DBT for transforming and modelling data.
