Ministry Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ministry Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership structure, you will be responsible for overseeing various ministry areas and developing strategic plans to advance our mission.

The successful candidate will have a clear and growing Christian faith, with evidence of spiritual maturity and a commitment to prayer, Scripture, evangelism and discipleship. You will be theologically trained from a recognized evangelical college or willing to be trained, and have demonstrated experience in pastoral leadership, ministry coordination, or church-based leadership.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing vision, leadership, encouragement, pastoral care and support in assigned ministry areas;
- Recruiting, equipping, and mentoring volunteers and ministry leaders to serve effectively;
- Working collaboratively with the ministry team, elders, and wider congregation to advance the mission and vision of the church;
- Fostering a culture of hospitality, discipleship, and spiritual growth across the church.

Selection criteria include strong relational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage across generations and cultures. The applicant will be Christ-centred, team-oriented, people-focused, vision-aligned, and organized and proactive.
