Compensation Expertise

The Provider Compensation Analyst plays a pivotal role in monitoring the healthcare industry to ensure that provider compensation aligns with the ever-changing environment. This professional will assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives surrounding provider compensation, driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the healthcare industry to stay up-to-date on trends and changes impacting provider compensation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for provider compensation.
  • Collaborate with leadership and providers to develop, monitor, and track compensation arrangements, fostering strong working relationships.
  • Provide expertise and support to leadership in reviewing all aspects of provider compensation throughout the medical group, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • AAPCP certification within 1 year or a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare finance/accounting, with a strong understanding of financial regulations.
  • Preferred qualifications: Master's in finance, accounting, or a related field, and 1 year of experience in provider compensation, demonstrating advanced knowledge and skills.
