Senior Tax Strategist

A seasoned tax professional is required to oversee the global tax function, ensuring compliance and optimising tax positions across a multinational business. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of international tax legislation, and experience in corporate tax within a global business or professional services firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global tax governance frameworks to ensure compliance with international tax regulations.
  • Manage tax risk and liaise with auditors and tax authorities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide strategic support on international business transactions, including M&A and transfer pricing.
  • Monitor international tax developments and advise on compliance and optimisation opportunities.
  • Oversee the preparation of all tax filings across multiple jurisdictions, including corporate tax, VAT/GST, FBT, and transfer pricing.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in corporate tax within a global business or professional services firm.
  • Deep understanding of international tax legislation and cross-border tax strategy.
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as CPA or CA, or equivalent professional accreditation.

You will be part of a high-performing finance team, working closely with colleagues to shape the global tax function and influence strategic decisions at the executive level.
