Senior Finance Manager Position

The finance department plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategic and financial goals of an organization through regular planning, monitoring, and reporting of financial operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of finance professionals to provide business support across the organization.
  • Oversee the performance of a team of three finance specialists and one accountant, including performance analysis.
  • Provide leadership within the finance department and across cross-functional teams.
  • Support complex financial scenarios with modeling expertise and train team members.
  • Prepare reports and analyze business performance using business intelligence and reporting tools.
  • Provide financial guidance, develop detailed business cases, and assess commercial contracts.
Requirements
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • Leadership experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience supporting complex financial environments, including business partnering.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in business intelligence and reporting tools.
