Maintenance Scheduler

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Scheduler to join our team in Coomalie Shire.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and monitoring work schedules, ensuring efficient resource utilization of staff. They will also coordinate necessary permits and access authorities from stakeholders to facilitate timely and safe access to systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan work activities using the site computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
  • Determine and monitor resource capacities to enable the development of detailed schedules for planned and reactive maintenance activities
  • Prepare documentation required to access systems and equipment requiring maintenance
  • Analyze metric data for potential efficiencies and improvements
  • Collaborate efficiently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure organizational goals are realized
  • Ensure CMMS data is maintained in an accurate and consistent manner
  • Be flexible and adaptable in approach to completing planning and scheduling objectives
  • Assist in maintaining and creating SAP PM Plans, task lists, strategies

The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and scheduling role, and demonstrated experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.

EHS Requirements:
  • All personnel are responsible for understanding and complying with all site environmental, health and safety requirements
  • Complete work tasks in a safe manner
  • Report any unsafe acts or conditions to their supervisor and/or manager
  • Continuous adherence to the environmental, health and safety procedures outlined in the Handbook during the performance of their work
  • Red-Carding a Job - Employee right and responsibility to "STOP WORK" if a job is unsafe or possess a danger to the environment
