Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team.
Location: Charles O'Neill. Casual roles available.
Pay rate: from $56.35 per hour + Loading + superannuation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.
- Act as Team Leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team.
- Work in a safe manner, closely following all policies and procedures.
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
- Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
- Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process.
- Strong coaching/training skills and emotional intelligence.
- Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Competent IT skills.
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
