The role of Service Advisor is a key position in our service department, requiring strong interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service experiences by promptly addressing all inquiries and concerns.
- Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless interactions from initial contact to delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle maintenance history, facilitating efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to achieve departmental goals and objectives, contributing to the overall success of the service department.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in automotive, hospitality, or retail industries.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
