Concrete Plant Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the operations of our concrete plant.
This is a key leadership role that involves managing a dynamic team, overseeing daily operations, and enforcing safety protocols. If you have a proven track record in a similar role and possess strong communication and leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.
- Responsibilities include coordinating with drivers, ordering materials, facilitating safety initiatives, supervising yard housekeeping and maintenance, and communicating with stakeholders.
- You will also be responsible for managing costs and raising purchase orders.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering overtime rates and 13 additional paid days off per year.
Ongoing mentoring and guidance from industry leaders and subject matter experts will be provided.
The working environment is safe, caring, supportive, and dynamic, with a clear focus on continually encouraging and developing its people.
Key Requirements:- Proven experience in managing/supervising teams in a similar role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Flexibility and willingness to cover several responsibilities across the plant as required
- FEL licence and forklift licence highly regarded
