Concrete Plant Supervisor Opportunity

Sustainable infrastructure projects are driving the demand for skilled leaders. If you have experience in managing teams and want to contribute to exciting commercial and residential developments, this role could be ideal.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations at a dynamic concrete plant, making key decisions, delegating tasks, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

  • Communicate with drivers and coordinate logistics
  • Manage stock of raw materials including cement, sand, aggregates, and chemicals
  • Implement safety initiatives and lead incident reporting
  • Oversee yard maintenance and supervise plant operations as required
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (customers, dispatching team, management)
  • Manage costs and process purchase orders
Requirements:
  • Experience supervising teams in a similar environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Flexibility to cover multiple responsibilities across the plant
  • FEL and forklift licenses will be highly regarded
  • Commitment to a culture of zero harm and safety excellence
