The role involves leading a team to ensure high-level execution of financial oversight, performance tracking, and strategic reporting.

You will:

  • Monitor financial performance across the Delivery team, ensuring effective management and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Support service delivery operations by maintaining dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and delivering insights to inform decision-making.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and source information to support reporting.

This is a continuing position that offers competitive salary, superannuation, and salary packaging.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and producing reports.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and source critical information.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to think strategically while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting IT Program, Project, and Service Delivery in a complex environment.
  • Proficiency in working with TechOne and Project Management tools such as ServiceNOW PPM, Jira, and Confluence.
