Job Title: Global Student Engagement Specialist

The role of the Global Student Engagement Specialist is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of student data and compliance with internal and external processes. This involves liaising with students, agents, partners, and stakeholders to gather documentation, communicate outcomes, and issue offer letters and Certificates of Enrolment (CoEs).

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing new and continuing student change requests, including admissions documentation within agreed timelines;
  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of student requests, eCoEs, and offer letters to maximise enquiry conversion into offers and enrolments;
  • Liaising with onshore and offshore stakeholders to gather documentation, communicate outcomes, and conduct follow-up as needed;
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and internal business processes;
  • Ensuring Compliance with Admission Policy Requirements and Australian Government Legislative Requirements;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with international students and understanding of education policies and regulations;
  • Industry knowledge relating to all aspects of student education and training;
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English;
  • High level of attention to detail for document processing and cross-checking;
  • Great organisational skills with ability to manage competing deadlines under pressure;
  • Customer-focused service delivery to internal and external customers;
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to analyse, assess, and review objectively;
